Foundry Engineering Asrafuzzaman was born and raised in the capital city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. In 2007, he completed his S.S.C. from Government Laboratory High School and in 2009 he passed the H.S.C. from Dhaka College with talent pool scholarship. Being passionate about science and technology, he got himself admitted into Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He graduated from the Department of "Materials and Metallurgical Engineering" with "Honors". For his outstanding academic performance during undergraduate studies, he received Deans List Award and University Merit Scholarship. He is also pursuing the M.Sc. from the same department. At present, he is appointed as a Lecturer in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET). In addition to his academic activities, he is very passionate about long driving, travelling, video-games and playing football.
